Rumpus Parable

I'd seen on YT that you'd reacted to this... Couple nifties: As you;ve noticed, they tend to have people doing multiple roles. There were only 6 in the troupe, so on their TV show or movies and they covered as many roles as they could on their own. John Cleese, the tallest, tended to do the most side characters in their films like you saw here, though everyone took some turns. Chapman (Brian) tended to take the least - though in this you'll note he was both Brian and Biggus Dickus. I commented on one of The Parrot Sketch clip of yours about Graham Chapman's young death and the eulogies being on YT and at minimum John Cleese's being worth watching as it's sweet and fun. Having seen this film, I suggest you watch the long version of the funeral that they have on YT (still quite short). As another said here "Bright Side of Life" became the unofficial British funeral song.... for many years it was played at a remarkable amount of them, because in addition to Cleese referencing his work with Graham the member of Monty Python who wrote/sang it in this film (Eric Idle) for Brian's death sang it for Graham (Brian)'s death. That started a bit of tradition.
