The shaggy little guy with dark glasses is Dave Stewart, the male half of Eurythmics, and I'm pretty sure you're right, that's a man in drag he's with at 2:23 of the video. And that's definitely Annie in male drag at the end kissing herself (!) Eurythmics liked to play with gender roles and images. In the video for their first hit "Sweet Dreams," Annie has short-cropped red hair and wears a man's pinstriped suit.

Featured in this clip are: Bananarama (original lineup), Kiki Dee, Kate Garner from Haysi Fantayzee, Cheryl Baker and Jay Aston from Bucks Fizz, Marilyn (male artist similar to Boy George but with less talent) Jacquie Sullivan and Debbie Ash (Leslie Ash's sister)
