Jessi

He certainly has a mood disorder with psychotic features, that, with seizures, leads me to think the character (because, as Lady Whistledown said, this is a story rooted in fact, but still a story) has a mood disorder brought on by temporal lobe epilepsy. My family has a strong history of mood disorders (bipolar I, II, schizophrenia, and anxiety disorder) and so I've observed and assisted many of them...particularly my sister, who has bipolar II with psychotic manic episodes. George's moods here are very bipolar-like...but they occur too frequently to be purely bipolar. My sister has good days and bad days, sure...but there are "good and bad days" during "good weeks" And "good and bad days" during "bad weeks". The ups and downs of bipolar don't really move on a dime and you usually can see when that switch is flipped from manic to depressive. And George has seizures...which can happen with bipolar people...but it's usually epilepsy which can cause this type of bipolar...I hope that made sense! I'm not a doctor...I've just had to talk to a lot of them through the years to help my family. :)

Geez Denise

I was more emotional with Queen Charlotte than any other Bridgerton series.
