The candelabras (Patreon)

When Helena has dinner in her mansion, she always order to her servants decorate the table with two special candelabras. They were the owner of a fast food restaurants franchise and his manager, and trying to earn more money, they changed some components with illegal chemical products of the smoothies for the children's menu, to increase the shelf life, turning them lightly toxic. At the beginning nothing happened, but after a time, the acumulative effects of the toxic components did that some kids had internal chemical burns, and then they made that the boss of the distribution of the food of the restaurants, totally inocent, be accused as the culprit. After a long trial, he was sentenced to jail, although he wasn't too long inside, because after one month, he committed suicide. Some years later, Helena met to his daugther in one of the psychiatric hospitals in what she worked, because all of that affected her a lot, and this way, treating her and helping her with her skills, Helena discovered the truth. And as you can imagine, she wasn't happy, so she planned the punishment of real culprits, and unfortunatelly for them, they had bribed too many policemen and politicians to be tried by the legal system, so Helena felt that she had a free hand to use her powers on them. And this way they mysteriously disappeared after to sell the franchise, some days later an anonymous person donated some millions to hospitals for treatment of childhood diseases, another anonymous person deposited ten million in the family bank account of the family of the innocent boss of the distribution, and Helena added two new candelabras to the decoration of her dining room. Two very special candelabras, totally aware, caught up in the last feelings of fear, pain and anger they felt before being transformed, without can sleep or even fall in the crazyness, and feeling the heat and pain of the candle as it gets shorter and shorter, burning their metalic bodies and the kids felt the internal burns...
