This is the game design by Signum Game. You can find the rules there : https://signumgames.com/legends-of-signum-rules/ This is quite a fine game with a mix of minis and collectible cards. I think that if you scroll down on the patreon, you should find the print and play files for the common cards. To play, you'll only need 2 set of figs, so if you stay on this patreon for 1 more month you'll have the dwarves and black dwarves and could easily play.
