Tier 3 Removal + Patron Discord (Patreon)

I've already notified tier 3 patrons but I just wanted to make a public announcement that after this month, tier 3 will be discontinued.

Additionally, the patron-only section of my Discord server will be made available publicly to those who opt-in.
