Huh..well, it's the end I guess? Kinda? Idk, I'm so confused about how the writers decided to finish the series...

It's not the most satisfying ending but it showed us how all our leads are happy in their own way and thats life. There is gonna be good and bad always. Gu moved on in a healthy way at what happened to him at the end by paying back the gambling debt on his own and maybe starting a new life with MJ which this part was open ended but I'll assume hes leaving his old life behind. Fixing an addiction is a very long journey. I'm glad it didnt just instantly resolve itself cus its not realistic for him to all of a sudden quit drinking. Gu has a lot of demons from his past as he mentioned for the reason that he drinks to keep them away but he took MJs advice with that voicemail and will welcome his hyung back alive with open arms and forgive him which is the first step to clearing his burdens and improving his mental health. So theres optimism there that one day he will fully stop drinking. MJ calling herself lovable now is huge growth and hopefully she can fully love herself now. She said she marks two different points of her life, before and after she met Gu. They are slowly helping and changing eachother for the better. CH found his calling in life, he had the best ending which was a pleasure to watch. GJ ending wasnt good/satisfying to me imo. I thought she should have left that toxic family but oh well at least she has him which makes her happy. Anyways probably my favorite drama this year it was very deep and just a true slice of life drama about life itself.

Yup, after spending some time reflecting about the show I came to realize it wasn't about a storyline... It was about how life actually works. The writers did a wonderful job portraying the reality. Life doesn't have a beginning, middle and end of a plot lol it's just you overcoming obstacles and learning from your experiences... I think I got the point of the show :)
