still trying to get back into the swing of things after that trip, not least of which meant catching up on a load of work for my normal job. so today's video is something really simple, but also highly requested after the Ollie sleep aid video. this one is very similar, but includes a heartbeat sound, since i know some people enjoy that and the other one didn't include that. so now there's one for each preference.
