They talk about which part of their body they would be most embarrassed for people to see if they were completely naked in public, which ones they would prioritize covering up and which one they would give up, considering they could only cover themselves with their hands. Then an ENF scene, in which it would be fun if each girl (the only one naked in front of the others) tried to cover different parts: one her crotch and boobs; another her crotch and ass; another her boobs and ass. The other girls would try to get the one who is naked to show the part that makes her the most embarrassed.

It doesn't have to be done in public, any setting is fine and I don't see the need for special effects. Even though they talk about being naked in public, the scene could be done in any of your settings. From my point of view, the dialogues and gestures are more important than the stage itself.
