Bright and blue (Patreon)

Oh, I was greatly inspired with this design when it became in my mind. I've tried to make an accent on her with a contrast between bright blue scales and dark bg and faceless make character. Hope you'll like this picture. If it will collect a lot of your "likes" I probably will make an additional version (not paid ofc) with internal view of maybe something more.
