My wife is Thai, and when she introduced me to her family, I couldn't for the life of me remember or even pronounced properly their names. So they took up nicknames; my wife's sister husband was called Dude, and her uncle went with Beer.:) lol I still call them that to this day.

The Superchat issue is a well known bug with YouTube. Linus Sebastian of Linus Tech Tips fame has gotten himself on conference calls with senior management and engineers to bitch about the problem. They offered a "private" fix but wouldn't commit to making anything generally available.

Guys, I lived in Los Gatos for 20 years and in Sunnyvale, Cupertino for another 5 years. I ate at T-birds only with my son's little league team. I would never go there otherwise. You are somewhat correct that it is hard to find good pizza in SV, but it is there. I am from New Haven (look up pizza there) so I know east coast style pizza. Actually, there is a three-star Michelin restaurant, called Manresa in Los Gatos, and are a few other very good eateries in town. Next time in Cupertino, at the corner of E Homestead and N Wolf Road there is a shopping center, Cupertino Village with excellent Chinese food. Then in Milpitas, there is http://www.mayflower-seafood.com/indexE.html and there is a shopping center full of authentic Chinese food restaurants there.

As a dutch man myself I can explain the Holland/Netherlands confusion. The 2 most populated and popular provinces in the netherlands are both called holland (North holland and south holland) These provinces as mentioned before are the most popular places for tourism business and politicts. That is becase most things people outside of the country have heard of are in these 2 provinces. Like Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Den Haag (the hague). So when people say "I went to Holland" while referring to the country usually they are not wrong in the sense that they most likely have actually been in one of the 2 hollands. However, just like in most countries there is a bit of a divide between the regions that feel like the are the most important parts of the country (the hollands) and the rest of the nation. Thus people who live outside of those two provinces sometimes feel underrepresented given that there is much more to the country than just holland. To them it feels like what someone from california would feel if people called the US the East coast or something. So they get really mad about it and make it a bigger problem than it is. Those people however are generally speaking few and far between and most of us dont care. Others like myself and many people I know use "Holland" instead of "The Netherlands" because its easier to say with our accent. TL;DR: most people dont care do whatever. The people that complain can piss off

The book, "White Faced Lies," is available on Amazon in both Kindle and paperback formats. https://www.amazon.com/White-Faced-Lies-Eric-Flanagan/dp/0998089613/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1643291052&sr=1-2 I've been to Los Gatos a time or two. A cousin of mine lived there back in the 80s. Very pretty area, but we missed the uncooked salad on goopy half cooked pizza. Acquired taste? Why the hell would anyone want to acquire THAT? Ick. Winston, definitely put the crypto video together. Sounds like it would be hilarious. I miss seeing both of your wives on your videos or in their own, but I very much understand why they might want to keep a low profile. Plus, being a mother of preschoolers is a full-time job. My kindest regards to both of them. Netherlands? Hmmm. Best thing to come out of there in recent years is Floor Jansen, solo artist and current lead singer for the Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish. Fantastic voice. One of their best concert vids is from Wacken 2013.

I live in Japan since ten years or more. What strikes me from your videos is that Japan is quite similar to China. There are foreigners in the media who are more or less monkeys in a similar way. Some local govenment recommended that people don't spend time with or have meals together with foreigners because foreigners are more likely to spread covid compared to the Japanese. I do think they got a lot of flak for that both from Japanese and foreign residents alike however. So similar, but a lot less scary perhaps.

The Mexican food in Los Gatos is good 😉
