For those of you not following, look into the Chinese PLA land purchase of Texan land, and look at the runway and expansion going on.

Not only that, the Bahamas has just sold a strategically placed island to China, which is dangerously close to US navel drilling locales. 

Not to be reactionary, but this is alarming to say the least, and I hope global intelligence is taking note, as this is in no way conducive to national security.
