I wish XG would release a version of their cover of I Am The Best - it was so good! About their set only having 2 songs, I don't think XG was originally going to be on the main schedule for day 2, but were added when Fifty Fifty had to cancel. XG did a separate Showcase presentation on Sunday that you should be able to see with your KCON membership here: https://www.youtube.com/live/CHRla80Rr4Q?si=d3FTPaPgGhTADZFn&t=658 That version is about 30 minutes and includes all the between song dialogue / skits. I think any & every blackjack woke up to a big surprise once the beat started. My first thought was "NO FVING WAY". I was just giddy AF that they would do it. In the longest time I honestly thought no group could ever cover I Am The Best with justice but XG did that and more. Had me feeling all sentimental and hopeful at the same time watching it. I would have been crying and cheering if I was there live lol

Took me a few days to get through this one. I always show up to comment on Itzy content but today I'm talkin' Taemin lol. When I first got into kpop I was resistant to listen to male groups/idols, but my friend convinced me to check out Move. After seeing it once I thought "well I mean it's pretty cool..." but something about it kept lingering in my mind. I could sense I missed something. I went back and watched it a few more times and I think after the fifth time something finally 'clicked' and I was able to see it for how amazing it is. Not only that, just listening to the song without the choreo, there's something deeply emotionally stirring about it. It feels like a wellspring of just pure power but its under the control of an even greater power, just showing you what it wants. Now I've got an entire playlist that's just Taemin. Long story short thanks to Taemin I've opened myself up to enjoy male idols/groups too!
