Current issue & update! (Patreon)

SUP MY PATREON CREW?!🏴‍☠️ Making an update post on the current internet service bs that’s been happening for the last 4 days.

Long story short:

1. I finally canceled Xfinity and signed up with AT&T Fiber.

2. AT&T technician came on Tuesday to start the installation. After connecting the modem, they tell me that they can’t continue due to my account that I opened being “corrupt” and I had to close that one and create a new one. Told me to text them the new account number so that they can come back to finish the process.

3. Was on the phone for hours with AT&T to close the account I just opened and created a new one. Texted the technician my new account number and never heard back nor did they come back.

4. Called AT&T for an update then got rescheduled for another technician to come today.

5. No technician contacted nor showed up. Called AT&T about this, who then tells me the tech couldn’t come today due to “being at the main office”. I then get rescheduled AGAIN for tomorrow.

A fkn headache.🤬 First world problems of course but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating. I told them repeatedly that I work from home and that it’s highly needed to get up and running asap, but that obviously didn’t change anything. The only thing that’s keeping me sane is y’all being so patient with me both here and on YouTube. My apologies for this connection issue!😔
