Up no more was a song jihyo wrote about the feeling of insomnia she would have so that’s why you get these night time vibes. “ It was during a time when I was suffering deeply from insomnia. I had a really hard time with it so I thought to myself that if people can relate to the song, it’d be nice.” The majority of the songs on eyes wide open are based off of personal feelings and experiences, which is why we love EWO so much. You see a different side of TWICE entirely.

The song is about insomnia ("I don't wanna be up no more / I don't wanna be up all night again") that Jihyo wrote while... suffering from insomnia. So your sense that it's a night time song is spot-on, and the ending pose is them finally getting to sleep.

This song is so beautiful, actually there is one performance where Mina wears a small coat and it was so cool when she started dancing with it moving her shoulders, it was epic!!

To be honest, I finished to dislike this performance or more exactly its interpretation. They were looking for offering smth cutie/sexy but the song is about insomnia and sleep paralysis. There were other songs for that. Another reason is that it's the first self-written song they promoted this way even if they're one of the best writers in the K-Pop industry if we consider the complexity of the themes. That's mindblowing but I'm not surprised from the company.
