New tattoo shop and ink wonders! (Patreon)

And to celebrate the end of the month (and my upcoming birthday, but that's another story), here goes a brand new shop : the Reformers' Tattoo Artist!
Just like Miel Market delights, every 3 day, this vendor will have random new items to sell to you.

It opens with 4 special facial tattoos (among 20 available, for now!), as well as 1 or 2 random special 'tattoo' shirt/pants, similar to the Succubus attire from previous Halloween Event.
Succubus attire, in fact, has a small chance to appear in this shop!
But as time goes, I'll build more clothing choices, starting with this 'glyph langage' marking shirt/pants, as shown in the screenshot!
Prepare for "zink" wonders!

And because good stuff never stops, I've also added a new "daily relikey" quest, at the G65 Dig, this time!

Little final tweaks for the day : new Hallway location at Babelon took back a few quests from previous 'Wet, Vet and Velvet' campaign & turf, for better coherence.
And some size & placements were revised, following the huge IA do-over!
