Monday Ramblings (Patreon)

I know I joke a lot about hating Mondays, but I actually don't dislike them in general. I get it, because I used to dislike them when I worked in an office for many, many years. Mondays and having to go back to work just sucked. Period! :)

However, now all the days just kind of blur together for me. One day is much like another. I often even lose track of when holidays are coming up. :P

However, today is a Monday that I definitely just very "blech!" about. I will give you an idea of where my head is at this morning. As you might know, I didn't sleep well yesterday and wasn't feeling so great. Not bad, just very "bleh". Well I stayed up a little late last night, because an animation was almost done rendering and I wanted to start a new one so that it would render overnight.

Here's the problem though - I didn't change the camera angle. I often say not to work when you're tired, and this is one of the reasons why. So the animation did render overnight, but it was totally wasted render cycles as the animation had already been rendered on Sunday with that camera angle. By forgetting, because I was tired, to change the camera angle, I ended up rendering the exact same animation a second time.

Sigh...

So now most of my Monday will have to be re-rendering that entire animation. :/

Oh well!
