WIP - Bim U Chapter 46 (Patreon)

We needed a new character for chapter 46. Chris's landlord shows up and interrupts some of his fun. The script says she is of Asian descent, so I had to go through my library to see what models might fit the description. After I picked a base, I had to tailor her to match the description better and then dress her of course. :)

And low and behold, we end up with Ms. Cheng.
