I wanted to see how Gou Luk's bathing suit would look if it was wet. Specifically if parts of it were wet. That requires what is referred to as a "transparency map" or "opacity map". In Daz they're referred to as "opacity maps", and those, dear friends, have to be hand drawn.

I think I have mentioned before that I don't really consider myself an artist. I have a more analytical approach to what I do. However, I occasionally try something like this, and I feel like I get decent results for the most part. This is pretty basic drawing, but it's still drawing. It has to be done manually. There's no magic tool that just does this for you.

Anyway, here are my experiments with trying to draw my own opacity map for Gou Luk's bathing suit.

Damn that dirty mind of mine, somehow I was thinking of a totally different area, when I read "Specifically if parts of it were wet"😜 "There's no magic tool that just does this for you." well there is, but slavery is illegal in most parts of the world.😄
