Russia experienced a nationwide Internet outage today that took down thousands of sites and social media platforms. It appears the incident was self-inflicted and not related to a cyberattack. However, this has limited the release of information. I'm reading the analyst notes and if there are large gaps, the January 30 SIT REP will be a summary report.
