What's the big story? The Kremlin fired the Russian general in charge of the Dnipro Group of troops. Something to do with Ukrainian forces creating a bridgehead in Kherson.
What's the second story? Russia continues to expand its military product capabilities and dodge sanctions while Ukraine's allies leave Kyiv waiting.
