  •  Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy formally introduced the new Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umerov
  •  United States news agency CNN reported that an upcoming book about Elon Musk written by Walter Isaacson reveals the SpaceX leader actively interfered with Ukrainian offensive operations
  •  The U.S. outlined what is included in the $600 million USAI and $300 million police package announced on September 6
  •  Russian Major Generals Konstantin Ogienko and Dmitry Belyatsky were charged with bribery and arrested
  •  Pro-Russian Armenian blogger Mika Badalyan and Sputnik Armenia columnist Ashot Gevorkyan were arrested by Armenian officials and accused of arms trafficking
  •  The representative of Chechen Colonel General Ramzan Kadyrov in Kaliningrad, Albert Romanov, was arrested and charged with bribery involving “many judges” in the Russian enclave
