The purge continues.

Mikhail Polyakov, the head of the Telegram channel Kremlin Laundress and admin of BRIEF, Siloviki, and Nezygar arrested yesterday, was an FSB Colonel.

We reported in yesterday's SITREP they were arrested on extortion charges. Russian sources are reporting that Polyakov was doing business with other Pro-Kremlin channels outside of the scope of his handlers. In Russian speak, that indicates he wasn't paying his protection money from his side hustle income.

He is being held in Pre-Trial detention at Lefortovo Prison.
