Russia-Ukraine Flash Report 12 FEB 2023 17:15 PST - We Know About Bilohorivka (Patreon)

Is it captured or not? Do Russian forces control half of it? What about "lower Bilohorivka?"

There is a video released by the Luhansk People's Republic and it's been geolocated. It is a composite video showing some half-truths. The tanks providing direct fire are in several centimeters of snow while several of the "see how good we are at war" hit clips are without snow (barren). So we know the barren clips are pre-January 28. However, there is one clip where the weather matches, although it does not appear to match the clear sky conditions of the tanks firing. The single hit is on a house on the northeastern edge of Bilohorivka. The video shows the tanks firing from the high ground along a dense tree line.

A) No Russian troops in Bilohorivka

B) We believe the tanks are firing right where we have the line of conflict placed, about 1,250 meters from where the video records a hit on a house - well within the range of any main battle tank or medium-duty tank Russia has in the theater.
