Russia-Ukraine Flash Report 14 JAN 2023 00:55 PST - Explosion In Kyiv Not Related to Russian Bomber Activity (Patreon)

There is a lot of confusion coming out of Kyiv after a series of explosions were reported around 6 AM. Ukrainian officials initially stated that the blasts were not related to "military activity," then stated that "critical infrastructure" was on fire, which caused the explosions.

Mayor Wladimir Klychko said that the blasts were related to a Russian strike but did not clarify if it was sabotage, drone, bomb, or missile, and added that an air raid alert was only in effect for the Kyiv oblast. This is not related to the current reports of Russian bomber activity, and we have no other information.

There were no reports of power, heat, or water outages.
