Russia-Ukraine Flash Report 23 OCT 2022 11:30 PDT - Ukraine Advances of Svatove (Patreon)

The Russian Ministry of Defense has been reporting repeated Ukrainian attacks toward Svatove, and claiming total victory in each report - including yesterday.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Karmazynivka, Myasozharivka and Nevske in the Luhansk and Novosadove in Donetsk are liberated.

GSAFU policy is not to announce liberations until the settlements are under Ukrainian fire control, which indicates that Ukrainian forces are further east.
