Russia-Ukraine Flash Report 18 OCT 2022 10:55 PDT - Housekeeping - Summary Report Only Today (Patreon)

I'm attending an awards event hosted by the Society of Professional Journalists tonight. I'm not an honorary, so don't get excited, but some of my peers are. Because of this, there will be a shorter report for October 18.

As always, if major events occur, we'll burn the late-night oil to cover them. Short of World War III starting between 5 PM to 10 PM PDT, don't expect a flash report. Come to think of it, being in downtown Seattle I won't know about it anyway.
