What's the big story? Russian forces may have used up all their combat power in Ukraine, but even looking through that lens, it is too quiet. There were no verifiable attacks in Kharkiv, Izyum, northeast Donetsk, or Kherson.

The second story? The United States Department of States has called for Americans to leave Ukraine due to specific intelligence about planned widespread attacks on civilians and government centers this week.
