What's the big story? The international community is condemning Russia and a sloppy attempt to create a false flag war crime in the Olenivka Penal Colony. The story that Ukraine was behind the bombing of the prison camp is unraveling. The "kinetic event" (borrowed from ISW) left at least 47 Ukrainian POWs dead and another 130 wounded.

The other big story - HIMARS, HIMARS, and more HIMARS. We were able to verify nine HIMARS strikes today and verify a HIMARS strike that happened in Izyum on July 27.
