There are very credible reports that after the successful wet crossing and capture of Pryvillia by Chechen and Russia-backed separatists, and Ukrainian forces losing control of the Verkhnokamyanka oil refinery, the remaining Ukrainian forces in Lysychansk have been ordered to withdraw due to the increasing risk of encirclement.
