Russian forces established a wet crossing across the Siverskyi Donets River near Rubizhne [Luhansk] into the settlement of Pryvillya. Russian forces have advanced to the center of town, but are being met with resistance. The advance as this time does not threaten any of the Lysychansk Ground Lines of Communications.
