Earlier today Russian authorities ordered the settlement of Solokhi, Belgorod Oblast evacuated due to a security issue.

Pictures emerged showing a fire, which Russian officials said was "reeds" burning (likely a translation issue, in American English this would be known as a brush or grass fire). Pictures from the area showed one building on fire.

There are photos from Solokhi emerging with an accusation that Ukraine used cluster munitions. There is one cluster munition carrier, and damage is consistent with the use of cluster munitions. There are more questions than answers right now. Why only one rocket? This isn't in an area that Ukraine recently occupied, this is dozens of kilometers to the west, north of Udy, Ukraine.

The images have been geolocated. Russia is claiming two killed and two wounded in the attack.

Russia has already committed a series of false flag attacks on its own territory (reminder - there was the claimed cross-border helicopter attack in April of civilian areas) .

There is no doubt that Solokhi was hit by a cluster munition rocket. We'll work to untangle the story behind the story.

Oh....possible reason for Belarus to start? That far north? The irony though! Thank you 😊
