Russia-Ukraine Flash Report for 5-3-22 13:30 PDT - Missile Strikes Across Ukraine (Patreon)

The amount of activity across Ukraine will likely impact the SITREP today. There will be less analysis and a lot of, "reported and in the process of being verified."

Pretty big offensive attempt toward Lyman, and some action on the Izyum front. Here is what we're able to cobble together, all of this is tentative:

• Kyiv - at least one cruise missile shot down - no impacts - reports of explosions were air defense systems
• Hlukhiv - Sumy Oblast - Russian forces shelled the settlement from across the border
• Kamianske - Dnipropetrovsk Oblast - Railroad infrastructure hit by a missile, multiple casualties
• Dolynska - Kirovohrad Oblast - Railroad infrastructure hit by missile or missiles, multiple casualties including deaths
• Kirovohradska Oblast - reports of explosions heard but at this time no confirmation of any impacts
• Odesa - three cruise missiles shot down - no impacts - reports of explosions were air defense systems
• Artsyz - Odesa Oblast - cruise missile strike on town, no additional information
• Vinnytsia - Vinnytsia Oblast - reports of explosions - cruise missiles shot down - no reports of damage at this time
• Volovets - Zakarpattia Oblast - missile strike on the town, natural gas service disrupted for some homes, no additional information on injuries or target
• Lviv -  Three to five missile strikes (it appears three) - electricity significant disrupted, internet disrupted - water service disrupted - reports of railroad infrastructure damaged but unconfirmed
