Ukraine attacked Russia, and the reports are confirmed by Russian state media.
Ukrainian forces shelled a Russian military camp southwest of Belgorod - Russian state media is reporting four people were injured.
A large ammunition dump in Belgorod exploded around the same time. There are multiple videos of a massive explosion with multiple secondary blasts.
Russia state media is confirming the explosion (it would be impossible to say it didn't happen) and is claiming it was caused by an accident.
There are multiple reports the blast was caused by a Ukrainian SRBM.
Russian forces have lost a lot of ground around Kharkiv in the last week. Ukraine has made a statement that their military is still intact, and they can reach Russian soil.
Tactically or strategically this was relatively meaningless. Psychologically, this is significant.
