I'm so glad I switched to laser printers 10 years ago. I have a color laser at home, and a color laser at my studio, and am a regular user of remanufactured toner cartridges. Like Roger said, the results can vary depending on who makes the cartridge, but unless I'm trying to print high-res photos (which I use a photo lab printer for anyway), I have no regrets over the purchase of the lasers or the recycled cartridges.

Your comments about GRWM totally explains what my daughter (in college) does when she FaceTimes us and then starts doing her makeup and not talking. We're waiting to hear what she has to say but she just wants to hang out. Kids these days... As far as the ink jet discussion, I too bought a Brother laser printer years ago and left ink jets in the dustbin of history. If I need to print a picture, I'll upload the image to the drug store on the corner and pick it up in under an hour. In the past 10-15 years I think I've bought one or two toner cartridges -- so much money and frustration saved 🤓
