The delegate email feature of Gmail?!?!?! OMG I had no idea that was something that was available. My mother just messaged me yesterday that she completely screwed up her email accounts on her phone, so I've got an in-person visit later this week to help clean things up. Thank you!

As for Remote Desktop apps, Chrome is a quick extension away and works pretty well. But whichever one you choose, it's a good idea to install/configure one on your "customer's" (aka parent's or other family members & friends) computer before you actually need to use it. One less step to perform remotely when the inevitable happens and get that panicked call. Better yet, do it in person while your visiting, but ask permission first, of course! Happy Holidays!
