February 2017 DTNS UPDATE (Patreon)

Welcome back to the DTNS Monthly Update available to all backers at the $1 a month level or more. Each month I briefly update you with what's going on at DTNS and highlight a few awesome patrons in the audience. Welcome to 2017! We really are glad to see you made it out of 2016 with us. 

TOM'S NOTE

Happy February folks! Thanks again for your continuing support of the show. I got a chance to chat with some folks from Patreon this week and they've got some interesting new features in the works for sharing things like behind the scenes content. So hopefully we'll continue to add cool stuff to the Patreon for you! More to come. 

If you didn't hear, the rains of LA washed me out of my studio for aweek, but thanks to your support I was able to keep going from a backup setup and quickly get things back up and running. Also, some folks have noted that my mic can sound softer compared to others on the YouTube video. So as of Friday, I've added a small booster (http://amzn.to/2l7IRHI ) to the mic that should even things out.

Sunday Feb. 26 - Mobile World Congress kicks off. Announcements from Nokia, and Samsung among others will  be covered on the Monday Feb. 27 show. 

Saturday - March 4 Lertad from Thailand (co-founder of Sellsuki) to talk about how mobile shopping differs there vs. in Europe and the United States. To accommodate the time difference we'll be moving the Friday show to 11 AM Eastern Saturday morning. We'll put the headlines show in the feed Friday morning as well.
