August 2022 - DTNS Monthly Update (Patreon)

Hey folks!

Happy August! We're heading out of summer but as we all know, that means last minute holidays for lots of folks. Apparently not for Samsung though. We scheduled this year's experiment week to begin August 8th. Experiment week is when we all take the week off from regular shows and invite folks to they out podcast ideas that go into he feed. You get some cool new things to listen to. They get immediate feedback from folks on their idea. And we don't worry about the news maybe being slower.

This year's experiment week lineup isn't fully set yet, but I know we have Boba tech from Nicole Lee, talking about the intersection of asian entertainment and technology. Apparently her guest will be my wife, Eileen Rivera!

And we also talked Robb Dunewood and Rod Simmons into doing an "Instantaneous Reaction" experiment. Mostly because Samsung scheduled its foldable announcement for August 10th. So Robb and Rod will have you covered on all the Samsung news that day immediately after ti happens.

We also may have some cool photo and/or solar content in the works among other things.

I also want to thank everybody for spreading the word on special guests week! It was really fun having all those folks on the show and seeing all the tweets and posts telling others about it. Hopefully we brought in a few new listeners!
