September DTNS Update (Patreon)

THIS is the DTNS Monthly Update available to all backers at the $1 a month level or more. Each month I let you know what's going on at DTNS and highlight a few awesome patrons in the audience. 

TOM'S NOTE

Well not much happening around the old DTNS offices. Yep super quiet this month.

HA! Of course most of you have heard that Sarah Lane is ready willing and able to join the show! So we've set a new DTNS milestone of $20K, and when we reach that we will bring her on full time. 

And no that does not mean we lose anyone. We still will have Veronica, Patrick, Scott, Justin, Jenn, Shannon, Darren, Allison, Lamarr, and more as our regular cohosts as well. But this does free them up to do some more experimental stuff.

So in addition to Sarah we also will open something called DTNS Labs when we reach the milestone. This is a chance for all of us to try out new show ideas, and other tech coverage. Could be interviews, could be a special mailbag segment maybe a bot briefing or art tech show. It's our 20% time project if you will.

AND when we hot the new milestone we'll turn the last Friday of every month into a DTNS Round table show that so many of you have been asking for. An hour-long show who's format is yet to be nailed down but I'm thinking would involve 4 people and 4 topics.

Speaking of, we have a new reward level for folks who help us out with $30 or more per month called the Advisor level. It comes with the ability to vote on one of those round table topics, invites to be on camera with DTNS hosts for special live streams and of course a business card, plus all the lower level rewards as well. 

In the meantime, we'll keep plugging away this September as the autumn announcement season kicks in. We have Xiaomi on September 11th and Apple on September 12th to start
