Ottoman Empress (Unfinished/???) (Patreon)

Not sure if I'll ever finish this picture, because I doubt many people care, but it's another one of those characters who have 0 R34.

So, the 90s The Tick cartoon features the character of the Ottoman Empress, a supervillainess who associates with and controls living furniture.

The same series also, independently, features the character of Chairface Chippendale. 

How those two characters never got paired together, I'll never understand.
