As it happens, my first grade teacher read my class the Lord of the Rings back in the day and for whatever child logic reason, I did imagine the characters as animated. :)

When I read Uprooted by Naomi Novik, in my head it was a Miyazaki movie. I still maintain only he could do it justice. That is the only book I imagined animated, though.
