Party Portraits #2 - Penelope (Patreon)

Continuing the theme of classic characters who were criminally underused in 2023, here's Penelope.  She did make an appearance mid year in her office with the newly-reborn Lianne, however it's far, far too long since we saw her doing anything as Black Arrow.

Hopefully not too long to wait on that front.

I told Penelope to go fetch her expensive handbag and get her work glasses out for the last shot.  She is still mystified as to why people ask to see this.  I have given up on trying to explain it to her.
