Fun with Filters #1 - Rebel Amanda (Patreon)

A little bonus treat for you...

So I nearly wasn't going to post these, because it feels like cheating.  It's kind of not my artwork but it is.  In the end, I decided that she's my character and I did the hard work, and they were too good to waste.

Some of you will be aware now that there are loads of Apps on Android and IOS that enable you to edit photos and apply various stylistic filters - comic book, movie poster, noir etc.

One of my top patrons brought to my attention the Prequel app which I have on the iPad now.  This is a very expensive app unless you use it as freeware in which case you are limited to three pictures per day (and get an annoying watermark).  These problems aside it does have a couple of really good filters that can produce truly GORGEOUS results.  There is one that works for full images and an even more refined one that works for headshots only.

So here is the comic book effect applied to Rebel Amanda.  It's how she would look if I had the endless money required to engage the top graphic novel artists in the world to collab on her.  Pretty neat huh?

We have run the latest Rebel Amanda shots through the cartoon filters and here are some of the better results.

Not sure how this will go down, so please say what you think, but if this gets a warm response we can do a Fun with Filters on some of the other girls.  The results on Spider Gwen were similarly stunning....
