Dear patrons, it's with great pleasure and relief that I finally present to you the Young Amanda Choose Your Own Adventure story.  I have been working hard on this since September but, truth be told, I started the story on Inklewriter back in 2015.  I've abandoned a few mega projects over the last ten years, and completed a few others, but I am glad to say that I managed to finish the largest and, in fact only, CYOA that I have written entirely by my own hand.

The Briar Ridge Mystery was an absolutely key moment in Amanda's life and marked the high point of her young detective era, coming as it did at the end of her boarding school days.  Playing the story will enable you to learn a lot more about her, as well as decide her fate!

I won't say much more about the story as it speaks for itself, however I would urge you to read the playing notes (black, second image) before starting.

YOU get to play as Amanda and determine whether she wins, or just survives, or (worst of all) ends up on a MISSING poster.  I also attach the color pic of her mugshot, which is the last of the intro pics that PerilsOfDawn and I did for her new Genesis 8 incarnation.  Now the story is finished, I hope to be doing some supporting illustrations once I have everything set up in Daz Studio 4 on my PC.  PoD has been invaluable in helping me get set up and so, once again I would like to give a shout out to his own Patreon www.patreon.com/perilsofdawn/ where you can see more of his awesome artwork.

This story has only been made possible with the funding of you, my patrons.  It's launched exclusively to you (for the forseeable future) and thus I would ask you please do not share the link outside of Patreon to friends and non-patrons.  Please instead urge them to come and pledge here and commit their $4.15 to the project, as it helps support future and ongoing works.

Here is the CYOA link: https://www.inklewriter.com/stories/6010

If you enjoy playing this story or, God forbid, find any bugs or inconsistencies, please leave a comment below, or send me a message, or come chat over on Discord.  I would be especially pleased to hear any write-ups you might want to make, particularly of your first attempt, the choices you made, and the ending you got.  Also, if there was any scene you particularly loved, please tell me about it, as honestly this feedback as more precious to me than your funding (although I hella appreciate that!)

Have fun, and try not to end up on a MISSING poster!
