Detective Ciara - another 4k portrait! (Patreon)

She's back up already - and searching for her shoes!

Don't tell her, but Mitch the Weasel stole them.  If she finds out, she might use that gun on him.

The Ciara season continues.  PP Guest Artist is considering how to continue the comic strip now and also the famous Markus Jones is now well into writing a playable Ciara CYOA. She hasn't had this good a run in years.  I think her current two outfits are really out of the top drawer and I got her definitive hairstyle now with this updo and wisps...

Something made me want to top my previous portrait, so I started from scratch then just realised I ended up making a fairly similar pose to what I did before.  I just kinda got carried away in the detail and the technique, trying to get her shirt and holdups and hair all looking perfect.

Anyway I hope you like this.  It's in 4k resolution so I really hope at least a few of you will download, zoom in and savour the detail.   Around a decade ago I was turning out pictures at 10x the rate of this that had far lower quality.  Although it's frustrating to me now that doing a pic like this takes a full day at least, I wouldn't want to unlearn what I have over those years and I also hope you can see the difference.

This pic is also an example of why I don't yet use Daz 4.  The lighting and iRay render engine is completely different.  There is something more crisp and satisfying about Daz 3 renders. This is how I want skin, and cotton, and nylon to look.  I think it would frustrate the hell out of me trying to get the same out of those grainy three hour renders from Daz 4.  The fact that you (loyal or just crazy) people are still following me means that hopefully a number of you agree.

For those of you not so crazy about Ciara, don't worry, Amanda is never far away.  She and Hannah will be back soon I think.
