Here's a little in-production test pic that I made when I was 95% finished on Dazzler's character design. So, at this stage I was about a day and a half in.

Main things I had to get right is that she was cute and 'pure' looking, while being outrageously big-titted and voluptuous (without looking trashy), and finally looking strong enough that she could beat up a room of bad guys. I hope I got it right. Her face, I must have spent a good few hours on rendering from loads of angles and tweaking - her make up also. But as I look at her now, I think I got her right. I don't normally say this about something I have done, but I just think she is soooooo hot... and this may seem an odd thing to say.... but after working so hard on getting her to look beautiful and sexy, I couldn't wait to see her unconscious and helpless in a heap (LOL).

Just a few words on how I put her together -

The hair and the hairband - that is DIFFICULT to do. I've had to combine different models. But I LOVE this short bob hair. From a 3D art point of view, it's just perfect for throwing her over a bad guy's shoulder.

Now on THIS picture by the legendary Boris Vallejo...

... her hair is sticky-up, however I found a hairstyle like that - and nearly used it - but then she was coming out looking like Brigitte Nielsen. Right era, but wrong concept. So I searched hard and found this lovely bob that was a little more Tasha-Yar-from-TNG.

The body suit - I LOVE body suits, but the problem has always been finding a good one to use in Daz3D. This one finally answered my prayers. It has a lot of little creases that are just perfect. Some of the curves and bumps aren't quite right but I can fix those in postwork. The star on the front took me about a hour to make and get right.

Her jacket - this was HARD again. The one I have here is pretty much like the one in the video game, except I wasn't able to get the sleeves any shorter than this (and this required trickery). Also the overall length was hard to reduce, but as long as the final output looks decent, who is worrying.

I remember that arcade game, though Chun Li was what did it for me! I've been spending the weekend reading up on the character and the universe, and the X-Men nostalgia's bitten me too. Please, do not hold back the Game Over scenarios especially the grimmer ones. Can I send you a few What If... scenarios through dA (I promise to keep it short)?\

I'm not into either the super-hero thing or short hair on women - give me the secretary/librarian look anytime - but... her figure and face are spectacular.
