Chapter was nice. Poor Avaritia, if only he knew that Salvos is a Demon and that form is kind of meh to her. But alas.

More like, Salvos will morph into a Wyvern for whatever reason and shock Avaritia with her shapeshifting. She shifts into a 100 feet tall creature - well beyond Avaritia's capabilities.

I'm hoping that at some point in this fight salvos is forced to momentarily shift, and everyone has an Orgaf moment...except this time with pointed questions about where she was at the start of the attack, and how convenient it is that at this point she has most of the Treasures of Alexander

@Kiru demons are indoctrinated into the Demon King's political agenda. Desires have affect on evolutions and upgrades. Also, these demons were probably summoned into the mortal realm when their levels were lower.

I dunno, still a bit weird to me. I understand the demon’s main target has been humankind, but I still think it’s strange that the skill itself is called [Your Worst Nightmare], which assumes their target to be a human. I get that Grand Skills and their names are personalized, but what does this imply when Avarita is facing off against opponents from other races? Is there some aspect of their skill that gets weakened? All questions which are, quite frankly, irrelevant since he’s probably going to die in a chapter or two.

@Kira well, Salvos didn't find him scary at all. So I guess the skill is indeed much less effective on Demons in this aspect. Hard to tell about races, but certainly most mortals would find him terrifying.

He blinked once, even through his darkened gaze, in shock. “What…?” The Greaves of Alexander at my knees shimmered as I grinned at him." I feel like that sentence structure was quite difficult to follow. This might be a tad better. I also don't understand what's up with disarming others of their gear so easily. It's like Salvos is turning into a thief and steals their armor without them noticing.

Salvos has Greaves of Alexander. Not Boots of Alexander. She got them from Orgaf while he was unconscious or something.
