Is there a particular reason, or are you just itching to get back to salvos?

Splendid. Fantastic. I merely detest the fact I have to wait for you to create more. If only I could travel through time to read it all at once...

There are more interesting POVs we could focus on. I think belzu as a character didn't leave enough of an impression (in comparison, the og demon from first arc) to worent an entire interlude. And by extension, this Alex even less so. maybe if we were eased into it during a regular chapter? Even then, we are still excited from being introduced Helena N getting into her story, and to read this is disappointing? The best way to discribe it is like you craving Popeyes chicken sandwich and being handed a pb&j sandwich! Not what I want right now >/////<

Welp, finally time to gib thots. I think this chapter was definitely well written, and I'm enjoying the development in Belzu from his interactions with humans. I can understand if others weren't as interested because Helena has been a recent favorite, and I can't deny it would be fun to read from her perspective, but I think the story with Alix will be worth it. I'm just waiting for when she encounters her old team again, and has a heartbreaking breakdown because of it, or for Belzu to turn into more than just a big bad boss villain after he interacts more with the humans.

Damn, good chapter. Too bad they don't have any more potions else they could have offered some for Belzu, probably would help in opening him up. So far all the Demons that had some interaction with Humans became more huh. Even the Devil that interacted with Salvos got influenced a bit probably...

Alexey Gladkich

It was shown beforehand that Belzu is disgusted by humans and other mortal races, views them beneath him. Something to do with Demon King wanting uniting the realms. Perhaps, these interactions helps him view them in a different light. Devil has interacted with mortals for thousands of years... unlike Belzu he has lots of expirience. Though, Salvos, his daughter has affected him a bit.

Thanks for the chapter.

Eh, I don't get at all why Alix and the others followed Belzu away from the city. There is no magic forcing them to follow him, and he was well ahead of them and fleeing for his life, in no position to loop back and confront them if they scattered. Likewise his Mindreapers are obvious targets and can't hang back to harry the surviving humans. They could have simply scattered and appeared like more refugees from Westshield. The rest of the chapter was great but the premise that these people wouldn't have taken the best opportunity to flee for their lives when Belzu was in no position to stop them is just silly!
