The flavor text is a interesting, worth replaying in my mind. I notice that the number of artifacts I can access has dropped, with several in jars which don't react to being selected. Looking forward to Sunday!

Dammit, I should have checked. Stupid "under" default... (Thanks for the report, though!) Well, this needs to get fixed, but I'm not doing it tonight. If anyone else notices bugs/typos, feel free to report and I'll get them fixed for the next version.

Having played through most of the game again these past few weeks I've mostly just found exceedingly minor "quirks" that I'm not sure are worth the hassle, things like Altina telling Simon to save Varia like he saved her when Simon is talking Varia's fate over with the rest of the group, despite Altina herself still being utterly depressed and conflicted about her situation since you don't talk to her in camp between rescuing her and running over to where Varia is) Or Simon paying Lexande 500 Sx to teach him succubus diplomacy, despite him walking around in nothing but his underwear (Where is he keeping that Sx? Do I even want to know? Is this why the guy seems so aroused afterward!?) Also nice to see just when I was wondering if we were ever going to be tracking down more caches of power this update brings us back to some old ruins. Keep up the great work!

Okay so I'm just up to after the part with the bandits in the beginning of the game. I am LOVING the writing, the premise, the characters, the game is all in all amazing so far! I started off trying to find something small to get a fap off too but ended up really getting into the plot. EDIT: Okay so the game seems to crash a lot, it's crashed 7 times now but the crash never persists because after saving before every fight/event and loading everything works again.

That Altina line is a good example of the kind of thing I like to account for whenever possible - she now has different lines based on whether or not you've resolved her personal issues. Good catch! Simon having 500 Sx somewhere... that's a game logic thing that doesn't bother me. =P Anyway, glad you're liking it!

Thank you for the shout-out in the release notes, but it wasn't really necessary. For the record, my RPGMaker scripting knowledge can be best described as "marginal". :) By the way, do you have any idea what was the effect of the interview on the game's popularity? Was there a spike of new patrons/downloads/blog traffic?

I just had another run through the new section. I like all the little extra bits of detail, particularly the bits in the room after Simon says to look for traps (it made me uneasy not finding anything) and the recurrence of Yarra's "guess who has two tits and isn't... " joke (Dammit Jim, I'm a succubus, not an archaeologist!). I think the new Zirantia Dungeon music is a big improvement over the previous track. It's a better fit for Zirantia's middle-Eastern feel, and it's much more subtle than the previous one but still appropriately eerie. The new track is in MP3 format, so it's got the same restart-after-battle issue as the Unforge. I also noticed there's a big silence at the end of the track. I still appreciate the contribution. ^-^ As for the interview's effect, it's hard to say for certain. There was a spike in traffic, but I also put out a release then and it's hard to separate the sources since LG didn't link directly to my blog and thus isn't a referrer. There was an increase in new patrons in the week following the interview - while new patrons come very unevenly, since several people mentioned they saw me in LG, I'm inclined to think that it deserves some credit.

Thanks for the new track as well as the feedback/reports! First one is an obvious typo, second one I actually intended as is, third is questionable but I think "request" fits Fuani's speaking style better, so I changed to that. Good catches.

I have a question about... Mechanics/gameplay perhaps? It’s well know that the other “incubus kings” are stronger than Simon (right?) and it was said that this “power” that they have is because of the size of their shard they possess. When Esthera fought Simon, she shows a little of her 100% (Wipes the floor with Simon) and it’s clearly a… “more levels” type of power. So, it’s safe to assume that the shard give you… Like… A lot of “experience points”? Because the Incubus Emperor looks lazy as f#$%, I doubt that he trains or keeps in form or something… And Simon has been busting his ass and getting stronger “the hard way”. I am just trying to understand if the shards give you raw power, something else or both… And if Simon with a shard of the same size as the others would wipe the floor with them or not…

Riala explicitly estimates that if she'd been able to get Simon a shard as large as the Incubutt's, by the start of chapter 2 he'd have taken over the Incubutt's domain.

Yes for now the sex scenes are only in text but Sierra is looking for artists that would fit the image and quality of the game and have the dedication to stick to a long project as this.
