TBS3 is out. TLS 0.63.x is out. OEA 0.7.x is out. TLS art preview is out. Busy times.

Lately I feel like I've been spending all my time wrapping up or releasing work that was already underway. This has gotten me pretty restless, so I've been throwing some energy into something brand new just to keep my creative juices flowing. Hopefully this will turn into something for people to enjoy.

But hey, we have some brand new fanart! You could have seen this earlier on Annikath's Twitter (follow her!), but I wanted to share with everyone. ^-^

So, this is completely unsolicited feedback I've been sitting on for a long time, but if you're planning on starting something new some time soon, this might be a good time to bring it up. While I've enjoyed all your works that I've checked out, there's one thing that features strongly in some of them, and not others, which has a major influence on my overall level of enthusiasm towards them. That feature is comedy. TLS is a serious narrative, but it's also really funny quite a lot of the time. Ouroboros explores some pretty bleak dynamics, but it also plays off audience expectations of games of its style in ways that are legitimately hilarious. Likewise with Street Cultivation. I've gotten really invested in The Brightest Shadow over time, but I still found it to be a much slower start than some of your other works, because the setting is so unfamiliar that there isn't much levity to be drawn from playing with the audience's expectations, because they don't know what to expect yet. I don't think my favorite works are usually "comedies" as such, but I think that you're good enough at humor which plays with audience expectations that your works which leverage that are really improved by it.

Hmm. What I'm trying is definitely meta, but I'm not sure how funny people will find it.

Hey hey Sierra, been having a whole lot of fun playing through the last few updates. There's something that kinda puzzles me though: Apparently I got Fheliels RP maxed out, but have not added her to the harem. It's been a while, so I honestly don't remember what I did after the Erosian war. I do have some older saves, if push came to shove, but will it be possible to locker her RP at some point in the future? Or maybe it's a bug, dunno, kindly let me know.

2023-02-02 05:07:25 Fheliel actually requires being at >=100 to join (talk to her in Ghenalon to pursue her quest). She doesn't have a maxing conversation.

I see, thanks for clearing that up. I shall hunt for that missing 1 RP then, lel
